上海激光（集团）总公司成立于1993年，是上海市高新技术企。公司主要从事激光和光电子产品和应用的高新技术企。其下属的雕刻分公司引进具有水平的激光雕刻和等离子喷涂设备及技术，建立了国内条激光雕刻陶瓷网纹辊生产线。公司拥有十多年的生产激光雕刻陶瓷网纹辊、橡胶无接缝印辊及相关产品的技术和经验，以及一批国内早的从事该行的技术人才，生产也高品的产品应用于印刷包装行，推动了国内柔印行的发展。
